The program is operated by Web Production Labs LLC, a Georgia limited liability company, trading as The Steading Codex. Payouts are made in USD by direct deposit (ACH) to a US bank account, monthly, processed by the 15th for the previous calendar month, after a 30-day refund hold; $50 minimum, balances roll over.
US affiliates must submit a completed IRS Form W-9 before their first payout. Where required by US tax law, we issue an annual Form 1099 (under current federal rules, for payouts totaling $2,000 or more in a calendar year; some states require reporting at lower thresholds).
Your participation is governed by our Terms, Privacy Policy, and Affiliate Program Privacy Notice, and you agree to disclose the affiliate relationship per FTC guidelines.
