Refund Policy
Digital downloads, store orders, and Amazon print editions — what's refundable and how to ask.
This Refund Policy is part of our Terms of Service and applies to purchases from The Steading Codex (Web Production Labs LLC). It has three tiers by product type.
Tier A · Digital single volumes & phase sets — final sale
Digital editions are delivered instantly and are non-refundable once the download has been accessed. If your file is faulty or you were charged in error, email hello@thesteadingcodex.com within 14 days and we'll fix it or refund it.
Tier B · Complete Codex (Digital) — the 30-Day Guarantee
The 30-Day Guarantee applies to the Complete Codex (Digital) bundle only. Put at least 3 volumes to work. If the system isn't working for you, email us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund — no questions, no hard feelings. Keep the files. Limit: one guarantee claim per customer.
Tier C · Printed products (store-fulfilled) — 30-day returns
Printed journals may be returned within 30 days of delivery in unused, original condition (contact us first for the return address; return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in that case send a photo and we'll replace or refund without requiring a return). Amazon purchases are covered by Amazon's own return policy.
EU / UK buyers — right of withdrawal
Consumers in the EU and UK normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from online purchases. For digital content delivered immediately, you are asked at checkout to consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the download begins. If you did not give that consent, your statutory withdrawal right still applies — contact us.
How to request a refund
Email hello@thesteadingcodex.com or use our Contact page with your order number and what went wrong. We aim to respond within a few business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post it.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
